Submit Referral Form

Our intake team reviews the application to ensure we can meet the unique needs of the individual.

Screening Interview
We conduct a thorough screening interview to understand the resident's commitment and readiness for our program.

Move-in Scheduled
If approved, we coordinate with the referral partner to schedule a move-in date and begin the restoration process.
Who We Accept
We welcome individuals who are dedicated to their recovery and seek a structured, faith-filled environment for lasting restoration. Our eligibility criteria ensure a safe and stable community for all residents.
- Individuals with at least 30 days of sobriety
- Commitment to a faith-based recovery program
- Behavioral health stability and active outpatient support
- Willingness to participate in vocational or educational growth
- Active involvement in community mentorship and accountability
